Aman is the critically acclaimed author of the Ghosts of Ethuran series – KAVITHRI and CITY OF JACKALS (Gollancz). He was born in Mysore, India. He grew up in Vizag, studied in Bangalore, completed a PhD in experimental psychology at the University of Canterbury, and now lives and works in Melbourne, Australia.
His writing draws from modern Indian history and is influenced by writers and artists like David Gemmell, Samit Basu, Takehiko Inoue, and Kentaro Miura. His debut novel, KAVITHRI, was named a finalist for the Aurealis Award for Best Fantasy novel.
